As Dad to an aspiring young player, I have every faith in Ralph’s technical ability as a coach, and I have no doubt that my son has benefitted greatly from his 1-2-1 sessions. Ralph really knows his game; he notices if there has been a slight tweak or alteration in technique, and will often enquire whether it is deliberate. Ralph has been excellent at working with my son’s other coaches (at club or county level) to ensure there is no clash between the advice being offered. Very strongly recommended.
