Ralph Hardwick
Ralph has coached across all areas of the game from community initiatives through to working with professional players. This gives him an unusually broad understanding of players’ needs.
Having worked for Gloucestershire Cricket Foundation for 10 years, Ralph was able to work on the County Pathway throughout resulting in becoming the Women's Head Coach in 2022 and held that position for 4 years. In 2025 Ralph became an ECB Level 4 Specialist coach, the highest qualification in the UK for cricket coaching. Ralph holds an MSc in Performance Analysis, completed in order to deepen his understanding of the game. This has added another dimension to his coaching, expanding his technical development of players.
RH Cricket's mission is twofold; to help players improve their technical, tactical and mental skills. To build their resilience, self-confidence and belief in themselves as a player and a person - skills we believe are vital to moving forward in cricket and in life.
